Chaplain, essayist, and professor at Utah State University who currently leads initiatives in rural mental health, community wellness, and veteran support. “My goal is to show my audience how paying attention to the small, often overlooked aspects of life—from nature to human connection—can lead to profound personal growth and healing.”
Allan’s essays offer a meditation on seeing—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Many of his pieces turn to nature, awe, and mindfulness.
